CHICKEN "LEMONGE" 
Chicken parts - choice of legs, breasts, thighs, drumsticks may be used
Turkey parts or rock Cornish hens may be used as well
1 lemon
1 orange
1 lime
Paprika
Parsley
Lemon pepper
Salt (optional)

Brown chicken in pan or electric skillet. Cut lemon, orange, and lime in half. Dice 1/2; squeeze other half of each fruit over chicken pieces. Sprinkle diced fruit over chicken and season with lemon pepper, paprika, and parsley. Bake 45 minutes in oven or electric skillet at 325 degrees. This is easy, delicious, and a healthy, low cholesterol dish.
