BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1/8" slices
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 sm. clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
3 or 4 c. noodles

Cook and stir beef in butter over low heat. Reserve 1/3 cup bouillon. Add the rest along with ketchup, garlic, salt. Heat to boiling. Simmer 1 to 2 hours. Stir in mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer until onion is tender. Shake reserved bouillon and flour and stir into beef mixture. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve on noodles or rice.
