BEEF STROGANOFF 
2-3 lb. beef (sirloin, stew meat, etc.)
Salt & pepper
4 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can condensed beef broth
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. white wine

Cut meat into 1-2 inch cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in butter until brown on all sides. Push meat to the side of pan and brown green onions. Now add flour and then beef broth. Bring to a boil, turn heat down, then add mustard, mushrooms, sour cream and wine. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with wild rice.
