EASY A.1 BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef stew cubes
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. A.1 Steak Sauce
1/2 c. sour cream

In skillet, brown beef in 2 tbsp. melted butter. Transfer meat to a plate.

In same skillet, add remaining 1 tbsp. butter, mushrooms and onions. Cook until tender. Return meat to skillet along with water and steak sauce. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 45-55 minutes. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Serve over confetti noodles. Serves 3-4.

CONFETTI NOODLES:

Cook 6 oz. egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. Toss noodles with: 3 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 c. grated carrots Salt and pepper
