SUNDAY DINNER BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lb. lean stew meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cans water
2 tbsp. oil
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown meat in oil in heavy skillet. Remove from heat; add soups and water (do not salt). Cover tightly and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.

Delicious variation: Add quartered potatoes and carrots to make a delicious beef stew.

Served this today with asparagus/mozzerella salad as a side. Very good...added garlic and thickened a little with cornstarch....served over egg noodles....was an easy recipe to put together before church....Family enjoyed it alot.
