TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
2 c. turkey, diced
6 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. turkey broth
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
Paprika

Melt butter, add onion and celery and cook until clear, put together with diced turkey in a casserole. Place raw spaghetti on top. Mix salt, pepper, soup and broth and pour over top; then mushrooms, then cheese and sprinkle on the paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
