IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. apples, sliced
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter

Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix apples and spices, turn into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except struessel, until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate, sprinkle with strusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.

STREUSEL:

Mix 1 cup biscuit mix, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 3 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly. (I usually add raisins to the apples).
