CHEESEBURGER LOAD 
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. cubed cheddar cheese

In large mixing bowl beat eggs until yolks and whites are combined. Add next 7 ingredients and mix well. Work in beef with your hands. Stir in cheese. Pack in a loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inches) and use a small spatula to cover any cubes of cheese at top with meat mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
