SALMON LOAD 
1 can pink salmon (16 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients together. Place in well greased 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with cheese sauce or cream sauce.
