LEMON FLUFF 
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Step 1: Blend the butter, flour and nuts together with a fork until mixed well. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool at least 1 hour.

Step 2: Blend with mixer the cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on crust.

Step 3: Mix pudding and milk and pour into pan.

Step 4: Top with additional Cool Whip and let chill, the longer the better.
