FRESH BANANA BUNDT CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream

Cream Crisco, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla and beat well. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add sour cream. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
