CRABMEAT DELIGHT 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans crabmeat

Sprinkle gelatin in cold water; let stand 5 minutes. Heat soup to boiling point. Add celery and onion. To soup mixture add mayonnaise, cream cheese and gelatin. When well mixed, add crabmeat.

Turn into mold or bowl well greased with mayonnaise. Chill 4-5 hours. To unmold, dip mold into pan of hot water. Place on serving dish. Serve with crackers.
