CRABMEAT OR CRAWFISH DIP 
1 stick Mazola butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. crabmeat or crawfish tails
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Melt Mazola and saute onions. Stir in cheese, milk, soup and parsley. Add crabmeat or crawfish tails, bread crumbs, garlic powder and pepper. Serve hot - it's great!
