CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs, beat until fluffy
2 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1-2 tbsp. butter
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

In saucepan, add sugar and vinegar to eggs. Cook until thick. Add 1-2 tablespoons butter. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add green pepper and onion. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Great on little party breads, etc.
