ENGLAND'S SPAGHETTI & SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomato puree or 4 sm.
1 reg. can tomato paste
1 med. pepper (green bell)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 egg
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. celery
1/2 c. cheese

In saucepan put tomato puree, garlic, 1/2 oregano, 1/2 salt, 1/3 pepper, 1/2 parsley and 1/2 celery flakes and cheese. In bowl mix hamburger, egg, 1/2 salt, 1/2 pepper, garlic, cheese, 1/2 oregano, 1/3 parsley and 1/2 celery flakes. Mix and roll into balls. Fry in pan.

While frying meatballs add onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Fry until tender then add tomato paste. Fry until all is mixed well and then add to saucepan. Simmer 2 1/2 hours covered on medium heat. Serve with spaghetti with garlic bread and green salad.
