FAJITAS (FAA - HEE - TAHS) 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak

MARINADE:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

Use a non-metal bowl. Onions and green peppers, sauteed in butter Refried beans, if desired Gaucamole and salsa, if desired

Put steak in freezer until partially frozen to aid in slicing. Cut in thin 1/4 inch strips crosswise.

Prepare marinade and pour over meat. Seal and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight tossing occasionally to coat.

When ready to cook, place meat and marinade in medium saucepan; cook over medium to high heat for approximately 15 minutes. Heat tortillas in oven until they are warm and pliable. Saute sliced onions and green peppers in butter until tender. Heat refried beans.

To serve: Place meat in center of tortilla, top with refried beans, onions, peppers, guacamole and salsa. Roll up burrito style and enjoy!
