STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. chopped meat
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. precooked rice, cold
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut off top of peppers, clean. Brown meat and drain in pan. Drain off fat. Add rice, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stuff peppers and stand upright in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
