COUNTRY APPLE PIE 
5 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
9" uncooked pie shell

Line uncooked pie shell with thinly sliced apples. Mix together sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and cream and pour over apples. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon mixed together over the top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

With blueberries, use 4 cups berries and 2/3 cup sugar with all other ingredients the same. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
