MOUND BALL CANDY 
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. mashed potatoes
2 3/4 c. shredded coconut
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. paraffin wax
3 (4 oz.) Hershey bars

Hand mix butter, milk, potatoes, coconut and powdered sugar. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into small balls and put on large plate. Cover and refrigerate. Melt paraffin and chocolate bars in saucepan on low heat. Dip each ball and place on buttered cookie sheet.
