CANDIED COCONUT BALLS 
1 stick butter
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans Angel Flake coconut
1/2 block paraffin
1 box semi-sweet chocolate

Mix all ingredients except paraffin and chocolate. Roll into bite-size balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin together in top of double boiler. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
