BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie ok)
2 tbsp. vinegar

Wash broccoli and chop coarsely, including stems. Toss with onion, bacon, and raisins. Mix together sugar, mayonnaise, and vinegar to make dressing. Toss all together, 1/2 to 1 hour before serving.

If double recipe, do not double amount of onion.
