PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops or enough for your family or how many you are cooking for
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
2 lg. potatoes, sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick
1 lg. onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick

Fry pork chops until brown. Drain grease. Use same pan to add mushroom soup and water. Add potatoes, then onions then chops on top. Cook covered slowly until potatoes are tender.

You may add more potatoes and more soup as you wish to make a good gravy. This can be doubled for larger family or friends.
