PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 potatoes, sliced thin
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
5 pork chops, floured & browned
Salt & pepper

Combine sour cream, soup, bell pepper and onion together and mix well. Alternate layers of potatoes and soup mixture in a casserole dish. Salt and pepper each layer. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Place pork chops on top of casserole and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
