NOODLE SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
4 oz. noodles
1 can celery soup
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. hot water
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. crushed potato chips

Boil 3 cups of water. Add 2 tablespoons salt and noodles. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and cover.

Meanwhile brown sausage and add onions. Heat soup and water until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Rinse noodles in warm water and drain well. Mix noodle, sausage and soup. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Top with potato chips. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
