BEET & ONION RING SALAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced beets
1/2 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar, wine type
1/8 tsp. seasoning salt

Drain beets. Add onion, salt, sugar, oil, wine vinegar, seasoning salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Serves 2.
