VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese

Mix together well and pour into greased casserole dish. Melt together 1 stick butter and 1 tube of Ritz crackers and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
