VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans French style green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3 slices toasted bread, cut in cubes
1 stick butter, melted
Velveeta cheese

Cook vegetables, drain, put in casserole dish. Cover with soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with cheese (how much you like). Pour over melted butter, top with bread. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts, about 30 minutes.
