MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 sm. bag croutons

Melt cheese. Add soup and 1/2 croutons. Add to frozen vegetables. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Add rest of croutons on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (May be adapted for the microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
