MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 stick butter
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta is okay to use)
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. crackers (Townhouse or Ritz)

Cook vegetables according to package directions and drain. Add cheese, mayonnaise, onion and celery. Place in a casserole dish. Mash or crumble crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread on top of vegetable mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly in a 350 degree oven.
