PORK VEGETABLE SKILLET 
2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. boneless pork, diced
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced
4 green peppers, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
Hot, cooked rice

In large skillet, melt sugar, and cook until dark brown. Add pork, and cook until browned. Stir in flour and brown lightly. Add water and seasonings. Cover; simmer 1/2 hour. Add onion; simmer 1/2 hour. Add peppers and carrots. Simmer 1/2 hour. Serve over hot rice.
