PORK SKILLET DELIGHT 
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6 (3/4") pork chops
Vegetable oil
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can condensed consomme
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chopped parsley

Combine sage, salt and pepper; rub chops with mixtures. Brought lightly in hot oil. Drain off excess fat. Add onion and consomme. Cover, simmer for 30 minutes until meat is done. Combine sour cream and flour, pour over chops. Simmer, uncovered 8 to 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
