MOLDED WALDORF SALAD 
1 cup boiling water
1 package (3 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments
1 can (8 1/4 ounces) pineapple chunks
1 medium-large apple, sliced
1 medium-large banana, sliced

Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in orange segments (with syrup), pineapple (with syrup), apple and banana. Pour into 5 cup mold. Refrigerate until firm. 6-8 servings.
