ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 sm. chopped onion 1 c. canned enchilada sauce 1 sm. can chili peppers 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1 pkg. of 12 tortillas 1 can pitted olives 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Brown meat and onion in skillet, unseasoned. Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Alternate mixture with tortillas in 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Uncover last 10 minutes. May be frozen. |
