1-2 lbs. hamburger meat, browned and drained

Add:

Lawry's enchilada pkg. mix
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Simmer above ingredients.

1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Layer in casserole: Hamburger sauce, corn tortillas (cut in 1/2), hamburger sauce, cheese, tortillas. Repeat until pan is full ending with cheese, decorate with diced olives and chopped onions. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
