FROZEN YUM YUMS 
2/3 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 squares melted chocolate
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 well beaten egg whites
Graham cracker crumbs
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add egg yolks, melted chocolate, salt, vanilla, and nuts. Fold in egg whites. Grease a 9"x13" pan. Pat graham cracker crumbs on bottom. Pour in filling and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer and spread the vanilla ice cream over top. Sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs on top and return to freezer until ready to serve.
