1 c. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash nutmeg, optional
1 c. beer
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Blend in beer and vegetable oil until smooth. Dip fish in batter and deep fry.
