CRISP FISH BATTER 
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix water, flour and salt. Add egg, oil and cheese. Let stand at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Coat fish with flour and dip in batter; fry in hot oil.
