3 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
3/4 stick butter
3 c. canned milk
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 deep-dish pie crusts

Mix all together as listed.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
