BEEF ROAST 
2-3 lb. beef roast (rump chuck or round)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. wine

Roll roast in flour and brown on all sides. Add dry onion soup on top of roast. Cover with mushroom soup. Pour cup of wine over soup and cover and cook at 300 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours until roast is tender.
