BEEF ROLLADEN 
2 or 3 lb. rump roast, cut in 1/8 inch slices
1 lg. onion, chopped
Toothpicks
Prepared mustard
1 lb. bacon (1 piece per rolladen on beef slices

Sprinkle with garlic powder; spread mustard over, chopped onion and bacon. Roll up. Fasten with toothpick and brown. Put into a roaster. Pour water into fry pan (about 3 to 4 cups) and remove all brown drippings and pour over rolladen. Bake in oven at 350 to 375 degrees for about 3 hours. Make gravy out of brown liquid. Delicious!
