CROCKPOT ROAST BEEF 
3-4 lb. rump roast
4 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. beef consume' soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cut all excess fat off of roast. Rub top of roast with 1 teaspoon oil to keep moist. Place roast in crockpot. Add mushrooms. Mix consume' and dry onion soup together and pour over top. Cover and cook 10-12 hours on low. After meat is done remove from crockpot and cover to keep warm. Turn pot to high. Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a thin paste (approximately 1/4 cup). Add to crockpot and cook until thickened.
