FAMOUS AMOS CHOCOLATE CHIP &
RAISIN FILLED COOKIES
 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. water
2 eggs

Mix above with an electric mixer until creamy and thoroughly blended. Stir in by hand until mixed:

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Add:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Allow 1 1/2-2 inches between teaspoonful of dough for spreading, about 9 to a tray. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until nicely browned on an ungreased cookie sheet.
