TACO SKILLET BURGERS 
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (11 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup
1/2 c. water
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1 1/2 c. corn chips, broken

In bowl combine the eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion and seasoning mix. Add beef, mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties. On both sides, mix soup and the 1/2 cup water. Spoon over meat, cover. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Heat covered for 3 minutes more. Serve with the broken corn chips.
