CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
4 lb. potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cook and mash potatoes; add all other ingredients and mix on high with electric mixer. Spoon into 2-3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
