CREAMY POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine milk, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and white pepper. Mix well. Arrange the potato slices in the baking dish. Pour the milk mixture over them, then dot with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheeses and paprika.

Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 8 minutes or until the cheeses melt. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
