3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
Nutmeg

Mix eggs, flour and sugar. Add rest of ingredients except nutmeg. Pour in pie pan and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until custard is set.
