2 c. hot milk
4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust

Beat eggs and sugar and spices together. Pour in milk. Bake in pie shell at 350 degrees until brown.
