CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
*Nutmeg
3 c. milk

Slightly beat eggs, add sugar, cornstarch, salt, milk and stir well. Pour into prepared pie crust. bake in 450°F oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F for 3/4 of an hour.

*Add to filling or sprinkle over filling.
