DEVIL DOGS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Filling:

3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 pt. Marshmallow Fluff
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk

Cream first four ingredients. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Drop in elongated shapes on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes. When cool, remove from pan. Combine filling and place filling on underside of "dog" and place another "dog" (underside) over filled bottom (rounded side should be cut).
