CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (17 oz.) corn, whole undrained
1 (17 oz.) can corn, cream style
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, mild
1 sm. onion, sauteed in butter

Mix corn, eggs, muffin mix, butter and onion. Pour into casserole bowl. Spread sour cream on top, then spread cheese on top. Bake in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish oven 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
